Location: Winterthur, hybrid Workload: Full-time Your tasks: Own and operate our online diaper sales channel Onlineshop end-to-end, with full responsibility for performance and operational workflows. Collaborate closely with our external logistics partner to ensure smooth fulfillment and delivery processes. Manage tools and integrations across e-commerce platforms, CRM, ERP/WaWi, analytics, and internal systems; ensure reliable, traceable, and scalable data flows. Continuously optimize category pages, website layout, and shop structure – including fonts, product page design, and overall user experience – to improve conversion rates. Support analysis of product pricing and assortment, providing insights to guide strategic decisions and determine optimal pricing. Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer operations, product, logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience. Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and use insights to drive improvements in efficiency, operations, and conversion without focusing solely on marketing campaigns. Your profile: Proven, hands-on experience building and managing Shopify-based e-commerce platforms. Strong technical understanding of e-commerce tools and integrations (Shopify ecosystem, CRM such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, GA4). Experience managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, including tools, workflows, logistics, and process optimization. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with full ownership from problem discovery to production-ready solutions. Ability to analyze operational data and translate it into actionable insights for business decisions. Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. Fluent in German and English.
