Location: Hinwil Workload: Full-time Your tasks: Provide first-level support to end users (on-site and remote) Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, peripherals, and mobile devices Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT systems Manage cost cap excluded IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations Ensure compliance with IT Policies Document support cases in the ticketing system Provide Onboarding IT Support Collaborate with externa companies to work on projects and resolve complex issues Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes Your profile: Completed degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in the field of Computer Science or an apprenticeship as a Computer Scientist with corresponding further education Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience in a highly technical, engineering‑ or R&D‑centric environment Project management education or IT Project management skills are highly desirable Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, hardware and networking technologies Apple device experience will be appreciated Cloud, platform engineering and IT security experience is beneficial Strong customer orientation and communication skills Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style Good English skills (spoken and written), German is nice to have
